The Smoking Gun That Looped in the Attorney General of QLD

Isaac knew Adam liked him – and he tried to set him up by sending him a driver's license showing he was 19 when he was really 16 – a fact confirmed by a sworn member at Broadbeach police station when I shared the details of the scam with him and the fake driver's license.

Things like this lead to entrapment – Adam Watson has political aspirations and if a rendezvous was to happen Isaac could turn around and say he was forced and traumatized – and Adam could go to jail for life.

This is exactly what happened with Bodie Chalmers – someone he mentions in the machete threat video below that is profiled extensively in Episode 2 of this publication – who was able to weaponize a police officer to lay sexual assault charges on Adam Watson that were subsequently dropped on first mention – unsurprisingly it made Adam Watson suicidal.

This is the smoking gun of the investigation – and it was brought to the attention of the Attorney General Deb Frecklington who confirmed that a full investigation will be launched with QLD Transport – the government doesn't like their apps fiddled with so you've just gained yourself a powerful enemy Isaac.

When Sunlight.Quest (that's me) called the office to get their comment on Isaac's activities I spoke to a secretary that just went quiet with shock for 2 minutes when I described to her the situation. Then the phone hung up. I called her back and she told me we got "disconnected".

Cool – I confirmed with her that she received the email that I sent to the reception email address where I cc'd John Ramsden (I got his email from RocketReach – jramsden@ramsdenlaw.com.au) – there was silence on the phone when I said why I called and there's silence in the response – Mrs. Rinehart quite correctly said if he was innocent he'd want to get on the front foot on this so the silence tells you.

The Mind Poisoning Begins

When no defence is available because everything is true — the only retaliation is rumour spreading. This is the story of how a single phone call poisoned a company, drained millions from a bank account, and drove a man to the edge.

01 · The rumour that won't die

The oldest rumour in Adam Watson's life — the one that just doesn't die — is that he raped Bodie Chalmers. The police officer who pressed the sexual assault charge had it dropped at first mention. But political enemies have weaponised this charge sheet to destroy Adam Watson's life, again and again.

Bodie Chalmers — a person facing very serious charges and a potential 20+ years in prison — is in Isaac's crew with Z Soeilman. After seeing this website, John Ramsden did research into Adam Watson, learned of his big development project at Pioneer Lakes Village in Mackay, and called the office.

He spoke to Ursula McKenzie — the vindictive accountant — and told her the rumour: that Adam is in a relationship with his son (despite the fact Adam only spoke to him twice) and that he raped Bodie Chalmers. After hearing this unsubstantiated rumour, Ursula McKenzie proceeded to spread it and poison the entire company.

The Rumour that Just Won't Go Away

The Bodie Chalmers affair — and this incessant bullsh*t rumour simply won't go away. And now it's coming out of the mouths of John Ramsden from Ramsden Lawyers to Ursula McKenzie and now it's reached Lloyd Stranger from McKays Solicitor who is repeating it out of his mouth.

You would think these morons — being lawyers — would understand how the Justice System works — so let's recap this as it's mentioned in Episode 2 of this publication. Firstly — the matter related to the QP-9 charge sheet with the sexual assault allegations that Bodie Chalmers has weaponised on the street to put Adam's life and reputation in jeopardy was dropped at first mention at Southport Courthouse — with the QLD Police Prosecutor herself willing to stand up and state for the Judge that this is malicious prosecution — and the Attorney General is aware of this and stands behind Adam Watson — the same Attorney General that is aware of the fake driver's licenses and kill cars that John Ramsden's son is organising.

The document that demolishes this whole argument is the EyeDetect lie detector test that Adam Watson had commissioned to test if Bodie Chalmers had been unfaithful — which yours truly had prepared questions for and which is available below for your perusal — an EyeDetect score that gave Bodie Chalmers a credibility score of 1/100 — a feat if anything.

I would be asking for a retraction for the comments made by John Ramsden the head of Ramsden Lawyers and Lloyd Stranger from McKays lawyer immediately (or a statement they never said it). This whole situation opens them up to a defamation claim and not to mention clients who will not stand behind a firm whose representatives knowingly slander and destroy people's reputations on flimsy evidence.

02 · The retaliation

This is what you would call vindictive. Anyone can call a company and tell the receptionist or accountant a rumour. But when you have a corporate culture where the accountant begins calling around connections and spreading it throughout an organisation — especially when it's unsubstantiated — you have to start looking at a better question.

There is literally a website — this one — that talks about Bodie Chalmers' actions. And you have an Attorney General Deb Frecklington who, from my understanding, has written a letter absolving Adam Watson of this terrible accusation.

Somehow Ursula McKenzie was able to get Hellen Pertekes' phone number — the accountant listed in Episode 4 of this publication — to spread this malicious rumour in Adam Watson's network. To her defence, Hellen Pertekes did defend Adam Watson, though her medical scam attempt from that episode is noted.

The Developers Allowing This To Go On

Draining the bank accounts and the Mackay lawyer connection.

Mike Botica & John drained the account

After Adam Watson transferred the company over to his name — after the other owners signed the Heads of Agreement and all relevant paperwork — Mike and his partner John drained the company bank account just before Adam could get access. More than $4 million worth.

Commonwealth Bank liability

The Commonwealth Bank is potentially liable to be sued for allowing this to happen. They have special software now to ensure that when a company changes Directors, the old owners can't drain the account. They'll be looped in when this goes to the Federal Circuit Court.

Illegal — and very concerning

It's actually illegal too. The old directors draining a company account after transfer is fraud. The Federal Circuit Court was created for exactly this kind of setup.

Just like John Ramsden on this page (Isaac's dad) - whose office has gone into silence mode when I asked them to comment on this story (aka it's true otherwise they'd get on the front foot and send a Cease and Desist).

If you believed your company had been stolen from you - wouldn't you be jumping up and down and contacting the associate of the person who you're communicating with to blast him? But no phone calls... no SMS messages. The silence is always the tell.

By the way the strange thing is when Mike speaks to Adam he never makes the allegation to his face - welcome to the slimy world of corporate fraud.

McKays Lawyers Cut Ties, and Leave Themselves Open to Defamation

Just like with Ramsden Lawyers I called to ask McKays if they could make a comment on this episode as they feature in it. I sent the email which you can download here and very soon after the email Lloyd Stanger voided the digital signature documents on Foxit eSign for the document he sent trying to get Adam to sign the company back over to his client.

So he definitely read it — including the part where I mentioned him saying defamatory comments about Adam Watson. And like many of Michael Botica's contractors — it's quite clear McKays is jumping ship and abandoning Mr. Noface.

Commonwealth Bank Closes the Pioneer Lakes Bank Account

Based on accusations from Ursula McKenzie

On the 3rd August, 2026, Adam Watson attempted to access the Pioneer Lakes bank account — after noticing he couldn't access it on his app. When he went into the Bondi Junction Commonwealth Bank branch, he was accused of being a fraudster by the Commonwealth Bank employee, and told to leave the premises or they would call the police — in front of everybody.

He was already suicidal because of having his bank accounts drained. And on top of this, the Commonwealth Bank employee is now further stigmatizing him based on a story they heard from a vindictive accountant who was poisoned by James Ramsden — whose kid Isaac (the start of this story) attempted to entrap Adam Watson with a fake ID.

So now Commonwealth Bank is looped into proceedings. Setups like this are actually very simple to see through. Allowing a person who is no longer a Director to drain a bank account after it was transferred correctly — and then on top of that closing said bank account based on this person's employee's account and stigmatizing a person — is exactly what the Federal Circuit Court was created for.

Do you see now why lawyers make all the money in this country? Or at least good lawyers. The Commonwealth legal team are going to run a mile from this — and hopefully they update their procedures accordingly. They've already ponied up a lot in previous matters.

The Expediated Arrest Warrant - And the Jurisdictional Over reach

Adam Watson came to his home in NSW — after getting a call from a police officer from QLD — who accused him of stealing the company and referred the matter to NSW Police. Michael Botica and his crew running to the police making allegations that a company was stolen while not sending SMS messages might be able to weaponise the corrupt police they may have in their pocket to do a NSW referral (we all know about QLD Police history — the patronage stage, soft police state etc.) — the problem they have is — even if Adam Watson stole the company (which he didn't) — it's not a matter for the police — it's Commonwealth jurisdiction — QLD Police should keep their focus on people who throw up on the pavement and things of this nature.

Of course it's not really about jurisdiction — corrupt QLD police can lock you up on remand for 2 years while you await trial — blocking you from lodging a civil defense of the allegations that Michael Botica made through his lawyers — firstly Mackay (and now Thomsons below). However this didn't stop NSW police from taking the referral and coming around Adam Watson's house and sniffing around making insinuations to his neighbour "Did Adam Watson steal a company?"

Yes Mr. Sherlock — you've soled the crime. Go home.

An arrest warrant was placed on his door — and he had to climb in through the window to get in as Samira Khalaj (who is featured in Episode 2 of this publication) was calling out about him being a criminal while engaged in an argument with someone else.

I'm still waiting on getting the photo of that arrest warrant which I'll place on the website — he had to evade police while lodging and responding to the new lawyers that Mike Botica engaged.

Jurisdictionally the QLD police and NSW police have no power over 'company theft' — it's a Commonwealth issue.

And this is how people get destroyed — and we welcome you to the murky world of corporate crime.

So it seems McKays lawyers is out — I was going to get a statement from them on this whole situation however it seems Michael Botica (and others) — have engaged a new legal firm (Thomsons) without warning.

Let me explain what a legal ambush is — the first email received from Thomson's lawyer was at 6:13pm on 4/8/26 — with a Certificate of Urgency and then at 6:17pm with a Draft Originating Application followed by an email from Associate Wheatley (from the Court) to Adam Watson at 6:31PM stating the matter is listed for hearing and telling Adam Watson he has to attend the hearing at 2:15PM the next day (that's today).

Even implying he has to hand up all kinds of documents with only 24 hours notice. So now Adam has his documents getting lodged in the Federal Court while Mike Botica is pursuing Federal Court action on his own — with his own Federal Court matter with a Certificate of Urgency and the Originating Application along with the letter from Thomsons is available below... oh and the appointment for [time] that Adam Watson tried to organise and invite Mike and the McKays lawyer Lloyd Stranger too that was not reciprocated.

In legal parlance the question would be made — are you coming into the situation with good faith to resolve things — or are you throwing smoke bombs?

By the way we have a housing crisis and stock shortage (that's why houses are expensive because there's not enough) — the Mackay's Pioneer Lakes development with 649 lots approved only works because of Adam Watson's connections to the government — all these smoke bombs thrown by Michael Botica only prolong development, cut off circulation to contractors — major investors can withstand these type of smoke bomb attacks but it's important you learn how people play.

The Reaction

It’s gone around a circle of lawyers

Apparently this website has gone around a circle of some lawyers and now these legal firms are not doing business with John Ramsden. Z Soeilman — a person in Isaac’s gang who has been extorting Adam — is saying that it’s my fault because of this website. Maybe John Ramsden believes that too.

The bigger question is why were these other legal firms doing business with Ramsden Lawyers in the first place — and why can John Ramsden even hold on to his practising certificate when typing his name into Google shows an ASIC press release on John Ramsden’s character as a lawyer. The bigger issue is the oversight of the Legal Services Commissioner not taking action on lawyers that engage in behaviour like this.

“Mr Ramsden acted as a solicitor for the Members Alliance group and has been charged with aiding Mr Marlborough, Mr MacVicar and Mr Young in their alleged directors duties offences. He faces eight counts of aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of an offence in contravention of the Corporations Act.”

The ASIC press release linked below shows Mr Ramsden being charged for aiding and abetting the directors of a cold-calling boiler-room company on the Gold Coast called Members Alliance Group. I don’t know what the outcome of those charges were, but it’s not a good look.

I wonder what Lawyers Weekly and Doyles would say about all the awards they’ve given Ramsden Law — and what these awards even mean — and whether they’re even awarded fairly or how the recipients of these awards are selected.

Is it a pay-to-play scheme? If you’re accused of fraud do they take the awards back or what? Because it sounds like some bullshit to me.

The worst thing about John Ramsden engaging Complete Corporate Services to intimidate me on the phone from private numbers is that it shows a complete lack of accountability. His son still hasn’t stopped his offending behaviour of borrowing money he can’t pay back — and Adam Watson actually likes Isaac and is now being put in a position to pay back people that Isaac owes money to — so if anything John Ramsden should be saying thank you for stopping his son from getting bashed by people he owes money to.

As far as Travis’ comments over the phone about Isaac being “only 16 years old” — well he might be 16 years old but that hasn’t stopped him from continuing to borrow money and not pay it back — and Z Soeilman — his accomplice who went into Meriton with Isaac where Adam was staying to further threaten him to get more money out of him — is still on tape.

And he’s still doing it — here are the receipts:
